Refund / Cancellation Policy
Max Web Solutions offer 3 services based on Annual / Monthly fees which are taken in advance of services provided.
Website Hosting
Search Engnine Optimisation (SEO)
Exchange Email Accounts
Online Automatic Backup
Payments for Max Web Solutions services are non-refundable for the current month or year (depending on subscription type) of service.
When can I cancel my monthly / annual billing for services?
You can cancel at any time and Max Web Solutions will continue services through to the end of the term for which you have paid.
E.g. If you paid for a recurring monthly SEO Service, you can cancel during the current month and your next payment will not be taken as long as it is received before the start of the billing period. Max Web Solutions will complete work on your SEO service as agreed for the current period.
What happens when I cancel?
If you cancel your your monthly/annual service, your account will remain active through to the end date of your current billing period. For annual web hosting we do recommend (but is not mandatory) to a 3 month period of notice so you can move your website files and/or databse without any pressure.
If you require assistance to move your website, Max Web Solutions offer a £70 service to move your website to a new web host but will not be responsible for any issues found.
Refunds
Max Web Solutions design and development services require an initial payment of 25% upfront as a deposit. The deposit is non refundable from when the work starts. If you choose to cancel prior to the start of the work, you will receive a full refund on your deposit less a charge for any research already undertaken or 3rd party software/services already purchased.
Max Web Solutions require final payment (usualy remaining 50% of total fee) upon completeion of project before set live or hand over. Any queries or issues with the work must be raised with Max Web Solutions prior to the final settlement. Any issues raised after the final payment will be dealt with at the discretion of Max Web Solutions. Any bugs or coding issues resulting in further testing will be addressed by Max Web solutions if and only if no 3rd party indidual or company have altered anything.
